Our eyelash extensions are applied individually, one by one, 1mm away from the eyelid, never directly on the skin, to your natural eyelashes using a formaldehyde-free adhesive. Lash extensions come in different lengths, thicknesses, and curls, results can vary from very subtle and natural to very noticeable and dramatic.
The procedure can take anywhere from 90 minutes to 180 minutes depending on the service choosen.
No, eyelash extensions are no worse than applying mascara.
No, eyelash extensions are painless. Most clients feel comfortable enough to fall asleep during the procedure. At Serenity Beaute, we use superior quality products to bring the highest level of comfort possible for our clients.
Yes, our bookings are strictly by appointment only. Please schedule an appointment with us and honor your appointment time to avoid long waits and to ensure quality lash application.
Please come to your lash/brow appointment with no mascara and preferbly no make up. Also when removing makeup around the eyes, use a mild water-based cleanser. Do not use oil-based removers, moisturizers and sunscreen on your eyelashes. Lashes must be clean for the adhesive to bond properly and longer lasting.
We recommend removing your contact lenses before lash application. Eyes may feel dry and irritated with contact lenses kept in during lash application since your eyes must be kept closed for the entirety of the appointment (~2 hour).
Yes, we can redo a new set of eyelash extensions for you but will require a removal of your existing extensions first. This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and/or different materials. Please refer to our Booking Site for removal charges.
Eyelash extensions last 3-5 weeks for single strand set and 5-8 weeks for volume sets on average; depending on a number of factors such as aftercare maintenance, hair quality, weather, etc.
Wait for at least 4 hours after your appointment, before getting your extensions wet. Avoid vigorous rubbing of the eyes or tugging at your lashes. Do not use oil-based makeup or makeup removers. Avoid sleeping on your face. Splash your eyes with water when cleansing and blot them dry with a tissue after shower.
We do not recommend wearing mascara since it is very difficult to remove from the extensions without pulling at your natural eyelashes. Please use oil-free cosmetics when removing makeup close to the eye area while you still have eyelash extensions on.
No, an eyelash curler will break the bond on your extensions and will damage your natural eyelashes.
No, as long as you refrain from rubbing your eyes or tugging at the extensions you will not lose your own lashes.
Our lash extensions range from 7mm to 15mm in length. Thickness of lash extensions range from 0.07mm to 0.2mm, depending on your choice of service.
Our lash technicians only use adhesive solely made for professional eyelash extensions. Our adhesive is formaldehyde-free, contains butyl cyanoacrylate (for fast bonding), poly alkyl methacrylate (for extra hold) and poly isocyanate pigment (for mascara-like color).
Clients can come in for touch-up within 14 days (2 weeks) from initial lash appointment. There will be an additional $10 surcharge on top of 60% touch-up prices for lash done within 21 days. Strictly no touch-up after 21 days and touch-up can only be done one time after full set is completed, this is for hygiene reasons and to prevent any possible infection around your lash line area.
Please do not attempt to remove the lash extensions yourself as it may hurt your own lashes. It is best to schedule an appointment to have them professionally removed by us, with a special removing solvent. There is no removal charge for lash sets done by us. You may also choose to wait for your natural lash cycle to complete and have the extensions fall off naturally.

Microblading and microshading is an innovative and effective solution to achieve fuller looking eyebrows through the form of semi-permanent cosmetic makeup. In this treatment procedure, colour pigments are implanted in the dermal layer of the skin with a handheld tool or machine to create fuller looking eyebrows.
Microblading uses an ultra fine blade to implant pigments and create fine, hair-like strokes while microshading involves placing pin-like dots all over the brow area to fill in sparse spots, mimicking the appearance of a ‘powdery’ brow look.

The whole process will take about 2 hours from start to finish.
This includes a personalized consultation before the treatment, drawing and designing of brows, numbing cream and the embroidery process itself. You will be glad that we make sure we allocate ample time for each of our client for their session. No eyebrow embroidery procedure is painless. As with all brow embroidery and semi permanent treatments, the final result will be different for everyone due to unique skin types/ age/ lifestyle/ daily facial products used/ facial and brow symmetry and many other factors.
As our facial structures/brow are not 100% symmetrical to begin with, it is not possible to achieve 100% symmetry. Whether you spend more time indoors or outdoors. If one is spending more time outdoor or more physically active (not that its a bad thing!), constantly doing sports/ gym or spending under the sun, the longevity of the brows may not last as long last as someone who is always in the office or indoors, and who doesn’t sweat as much. When you have a more active lifestyle, the microblading hair strokes tend to blur out faster. Nonetheless, this still varies for each individual.
Having said that, brow embroidery typically last around 1.5 to 2 years for most people which fades off naturally over time. But that will still depends on the factors highlighted above.
For most of our customers, they can return to work the next day, the downtime is minimal.
The recommendation is to keep our brow dry and clean for the first 4 days after your treatment, and to avoid excessive sweating/ exercise/ swimming and prolong sun exposure.
However, different people heal differently due to several factors. You will be surprised to know that some individuals heal within 2-3 days. On the flip side, there are outlier cases that take 21 days to heal. We therefore recommend waiting a minimum of 1 month before getting further treatments done on the brows. This is to ensure that your skin heals fully.
